Tigray regional culture and tourism bureau in collaboration with Amnen Marketing and Promotion is making great and distinctive efforts to host this historical event in a very colorful manner.
With the objectives of
- To enable women, girls and youth withdraw from postwar stress and trauma through providing various entertaining programs throughout the ashenda festival.
- To host multiple panel discussions on economic, peace and security, social and cultural issues with the Diaspora community.
- To link UASC (unaccompanied and separated children) or orphaned children with diaspora community and other organizations and provide them consistent support.
- To connect the Diaspora community with local residents and to create strong social bondage and help to participate in reconstruction and rehabilitation process in the community;
- Strengthen people-to-people relations by involving other Ethiopian audiences from neighboring regions, Addis Ababa and other areas;
